OpenAI: Resume text is sent to OpenAI's API (GPT-4o-mini) for skill extraction and analysis. OpenAI does not use your data to train their models.

Stripe: Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Your payment method details are never stored on our servers.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

5. Data Retention

We retain your resume data and analysis results for as long as your account is active. You may delete your analyses or your entire account at any time, which will remove your data from our servers.

You may access, update, or delete your account information at any time from your profile page. You can request a copy of your data by contacting us.

We use essential session cookies for authentication. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies. Stripe may place essential cookies for fraud prevention during checkout.

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), bcrypt password hashing, and prepared SQL statements. Resume files are stored with randomized filenames.
