1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Skill2Role ("the Service"), operated by Tajerco LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Skill2Role provides AI-powered resume analysis, skill gap identification, role matching, and personalized learning plan generation. The Service uses artificial intelligence to analyze uploaded resumes and compare skills against a database of professional roles.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Tier: Limited to one resume analysis and basic skill extraction.

Premium Tier: Unlimited analyses, learning plans, PDF exports, and historical tracking. Billed monthly or yearly as selected. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload resumes you do not have the right to analyze
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the AI analysis system
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent subscription limits
• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its AI models, analysis algorithms, design, and content, is owned by Tajerco LLC. Your resume and analysis results belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. AI Analysis Disclaimer

Skill gap analysis and career recommendations are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute professional career advice, guaranteed job placement, or employment guarantees. Always consult with qualified career professionals for important career decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

Tajerco LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Tajerco LLC is registered.
